This ensures every part of you feels seen and validated, helping diverse clients navigate their challenges authentically.
Approach
Sessions move at a pace you set, mixing gentle curiosity with practical strategies to help you sense, name and shift what keeps you stuck. I offer appointments in Mumbai and online, and I work in English, Hindi/Urdu or Telugu so we can use the words and rhythms that fit you. For trauma, relationship and sexual concerns I combine grounding, relational exploration and concrete skill-building, with short between-session practices to try and reflect on. People who prefer clear, flexible collaboration tend to find this approach helpful.
