Registered Psychologist (NCAHP) | Expressive Arts Therapist (Switzerland) I believe every individual has the inherent potential to create a nourishing space for their own healing and growth. I specialize in supporting those navigating Anxiety, Depression, Mood Disorders, and Trauma integrative approach that combines evidence-based psychotherapy with intermodal expressive arts. This eclectic, compassionate approach is designed for those seeking a deeper path to recovery-moving beyond traditional talk therapy to facilitate sustainable inner growth and self-discovery.

About Me

"I’ve always been drawn to the quiet resilience people carry - the steady strength and inner beauty that often go unnoticed until we create the space for them to emerge." I am a psychologist and expressive arts therapist based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. While I am an artist at heart, I deeply value creating spaces where people can meet themselves with honesty and care, allowing acceptance to become the starting point for change. Outside of the therapy room, I stay connected to my own sense of curiosity and movement through travel, painting, and a love for new experiences and connections. I am guided by authenticity and simplicity, both in my personal and professional life.

Approach

I practice integrative psychotherapy combining evidence-based clinical approaches with expressive arts therapy. This approach recognizes that healing unfolds not only through insight, but through experience. I work in a holistic, process-oriented, and resource-focused manner that honors each person’s inner rhythm. Grounded in CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, somatic practices, salutogenesis, and expressive arts therapy, the work supports emotional resilience, self-awareness, and a deeper connection with oneself, allowing change to emerge organically and sustainably. The goal of this integrated work is to help you move beyond feeling "stuck" toward emotional freedom and a deeper connection with yourself. Whether in a 1-on-1 session, a professional supervision, or a group workshop, the focus remains on fostering lasting well-being and inner growth.
