Play Therapist

verified by TherapyRoute

I am a Lahore-based Integrative Psychotherapist and PTI-Registered Play Therapist specialising in working with children, adolescents, parents, and families. I support children who are struggling with anxiety, emotional regulation, behavioural challenges, attachment difficulties, and the impact of stress or change. My work is deeply relational, trauma-informed, and rooted in play, creative expression, and emotional safety. I also work with parents to strengthen connection, understanding, and confidence in their parenting journey.

About Me

I am a Licensed Play Therapist in Lahore, Pakistan. I provide counseling, individual therapy, and adolescent therapy for relationship issues, abuse, and life transitions. I help children, adolescents, and families rebuild trust and learn coping skills.

Approach

Playful curiosity guides sessions, alternating child-led activities with brief, focused moments to name feelings and practise safety. From my Lahore based studio or online in English or Urdu, I create a predictable pace where adolescents, parents and children feel able to explore difficult feelings and repair. I use art, stories, role-play and other tools from the play therapy toolkit and offer parent coaching and support sessions so new responses to challenging relational dynamics between family members can be explored and rehearsed. Families who want a gentle, process oriented way to rebuild connection and grow mindful, child centered relational skills tend to find this approach helpful.
