About Me

As your Specialist Wellness Counsellor, I offer a compassionate and experienced presence. My focus is on helping you resolve past and current trauma, creating space for healing and growth. We will walk alongside each other, exploring your experiences at your own pace. This collaborative approach is ideal for anyone ready to move beyond their past and build a full, satisfying life.

Approach

You’ll notice the work slows to match your pace, focusing on understanding how earlier wounds show up now and building practical ways to respond. Sessions from my Randburg practice or online, in English, are calm and focused—sometimes reflective, sometimes active—always paced with your readiness in mind. We name patterns, practice breath and grounding tools, and translate insights into small steps between sessions so anger, grief or relationship strain becomes more manageable. This approach suits people and couples seeking steady, practical change grounded in compassionate support.

Services

My services focus on Applied Metapsychology Techniques which are person centred. My training is centred around a client focused approach, allowing for various therapeutic tools and theories, such as TIR, breathe work, journalling, narrative therapy and positive psychology, to complement the engagement between the client/s and myself. My portfolio offers programmes for couples looking for marriage preparation work, enrichment work for married couples, trauma intervention stress management and exploration of deep seated wounding and triggers.
