About Me

I support international clients across Europe, guiding them through the unique challenges of living abroad. Many seek help finding balance or adjusting to life after a neurodivergence diagnosis. I also work with couples. We can explore practical strategies for navigating Swiss healthcare and school systems, fostering a clearer path forward. My aim is to help you feel grounded and equipped to meet these realities.

Approach

Working with expats, I focus on making practical steps feel manageable as you settle into new routines and find your footing after a diagnosis. Sessions in Lausanne or online, in English, blend focused assessment moments with conversational check-ins to map immediate priorities. We set small experiments, clarify paperwork and school conversations, and use brief between-session tools to reduce overwhelm and build daily balance. This way of working often fits adults, parents and couples who want clear, attainable steps while living abroad.
