About Me

An integrative therapist, dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward healing, growth, and empowerment. With a focus on inclusive, collaborative and liberation-oriented care, I have developed expertise in multicultural individual and group counseling for working with clients from diverse backgrounds, identities and experiences. My approach towards therapy integrates humanistic, IFS, somatic, trauma-informed, queer-affirmative, non-pathological and liberation-oriented principles. Thus, striving to create a non-judgmental, safe, collaborative and supportive spaces where clients can freely express and be themselves and explore their unique journey.

Providing a space which is deeply affirming and relational, where both the client and I collaboratively build a space of connection, curiosity and compassion for all our parts and authentic self-expression. Through an emotion based, long term, in-depth approach, focusing on expanding self awareness and understanding root cause of the concerns.
