About Me

I help individuals explore their inner world and navigate complex emotions. We gently uncover patterns, connecting with the body’s wisdom through dance movement psychotherapy. Alongside IFS and EMDR, this depth-oriented approach is ideal for lasting change. It suits those who find words insufficient, offering a safe space to process experiences. Clients can integrate all parts of themselves, moving towards greater self-understanding.

Approach

In sessions we attend to both movement and words, noticing how patterns that show up in conversations also live in your posture, breath, and everyday choices. We track feelings and repeated relationship habits across sessions, experimenting with small movement or reflective tasks you can try between meetings to test new ways of responding. Change often emerges as clearer choices in day-to-day life—different reactions to worry, grief, or old habits—experienced slowly and reflected on together. This way of working often fits people who want embodied, thoughtful exploration.
