About Me

We offer inclusive, affirming therapy for individuals, couples, and families navigating challenges like trauma, depression, or anxiety. Our practice warmly welcomes all racial, ethnic, sexual, gender, neuro, and body diversity. We also provide thorough ADHD and Autism assessments. Using positive psychology, we collaboratively build on your strengths, fostering resilience. Our aim is to create a truly supportive space where you can find clarity and move forward.

Approach

Building on positive psychology and affirming care, I focus sessions on gentle experiments—small steps, skills practice, and reflecting on what truly helps you feel steadier. In San Diego or online, sessions move at a collaborative pace; I use clear agendas, multilingual check-ins (English, Japanese, Mandarin, Spanish, Tagalog), and practical between-session tools when helpful. Work often weaves assessment insights with trauma-informed skill-building so relationships and daily routines feel more manageable. This way of working tends to suit people seeking practical, respectful change.
