About Me

I guide individuals to reshape deeply held beliefs that may limit their potential. As an experienced clinical psychologist, I understand how societal messages can subtly influence our self-perception. We explore these ingrained narratives together, helping you identify and challenge what no longer serves you. My approach, blending Counseling with an empowering style, helps you build robust self-belief. Clients find a clear path to living authentically, free from external pressures.

Approach

I guide attention toward the small, everyday signals that keep unhelpful beliefs alive, teaching practical skills to loosen their grip so clearer choices emerge. In Lahore or online, in English, Urdu or Punjabi, sessions are focused and collaborative: we map patterns, try brief experiments in-session, and build simple between-session steps that fit your life. For children I use paced assessment and family-focused work so change carries across the day. This way of working suits people facing mood, anxiety, career or parenting crossroads.
