A Clinical Psychologist seeking to actively work on changing the narratives surrounding vulnerability and mental health, to enable the integration of the varied aspects of self into a unified whole.

About Me

I help individuals explore the complex narratives surrounding vulnerability and mental health. My focus is on guiding you to understand and integrate all aspects of your identity. Sessions offer a compassionate space to gently unpack these stories. This enables a deeper connection with yourself, fostering a more unified whole. This approach is ideal for those seeking resilience and a complete sense of who they are.

Approach

In my practice, I provide a range of services including child and adolescent therapy, as well as psychoeducation, all designed to address issues from anxiety to mood disorders. Fluent in both English and Hindi/Urdu, I cater to diverse linguistic needs. Based in New Delhi, I offer both in-person and online sessions, making support accessible no matter where you are. My goal is to assist adolescents and adults in navigating their mental health journeys, fostering resilience and a cohesive sense of self
