About Me

With 26 years of clinical experience, I offer in-person therapy for adults and young people. My background in Counseling psychology and art therapy informs a supportive, adaptable approach. I help those navigating depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, or substance misuse. Clients can explore complex feelings, often using creative methods to voice what words cannot. This extensive experience offers a safe space to find clarity and new ways forward.

Approach

Sessions often move between talking and image-making, shifting pace to meet what feels most manageable so difficult material is approached gently yet directly. I offer face-to-face appointments in Bangkok and secure online sessions in English, and practical needs and safety shape how we plan each meeting. We take small, achievable steps—short in-session experiments, reflective tasks between sessions and simple artistic prompts—to help people with anxiety, addiction or low mood notice patterns and try new responses. This paced, collaborative way suits adolescents and adults seeking steady, manageable progress.
