Services

I offer a non-judgmental environment and therapeutic relationship within which you can feel safe enough to explore the issues you are facing. I will treat you with respect, try to understand you and your experiences, and offer a genuine relationship. Perhaps you would like to discuss your problems with someone who is neither a friend nor relative but who will listen to you and help you understand your situation. Maybe you need support during a difficult period. Perhaps you aren't even sure what the problem is - you simply have a vague feeling that things are not quite right. People bring a wide range of problems to counselling but you don't have to identify a specific issue before coming.
