With my experience working with adults and couples experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem and communication issues, I’d like to support you in finding a balance in your life.

About Me

When anxiety, low self-esteem, or communication struggles feel overwhelming, finding your footing can be tough. I offer a collaborative space where adults and couples can explore these challenges. Together, we can explore underlying patterns and develop practical tools for greater confidence and clearer connections. My aim is to help you rediscover a sense of balance and well-being in your daily life.

Approach

Balance often grows from small shifts in how you notice stress and speak with others. In a quiet office in Embrun or through English-language online sessions across Ontario, I keep pace with your needs — steady, practical, and attuned to moments that feel stuck. Sessions blend gentle skill-building for anxiety and self-worth with focused practice on communication patterns; between meetings I often suggest brief experiments to try at home so change feels real. This way suits adults and couples who want clear, manageable steps forward.
