Miss Stephanie Viggars, MSc

Counselor

I see clients of all ages, from all backgrounds and have experience of working within a large range of areas. Please feel free to contact me

About Me

I offer a calm, confidential space where clients of all ages and backgrounds can explore their experiences. I can support you through a wide range of life's challenges, from everyday worries to deeper concerns. We can work together at your own pace to understand what you're facing and find a way forward. This adaptable approach helps many people discover clarity and build resilience, whatever their situation.

Approach

Seeing people across life stages, I tailor each session to where you are now, balancing practical steps with space to feel and make sense of things. In my Kent room or online, sessions move at a pace you set — we notice patterns in mood, worry or self-image, try small experiments between meetings and reflect on what helps. I keep language plain and collaborative, checking in about usefulness as we go. This way of working often fits those wanting steady, thoughtful support through change.
