Both in-office and online sessions are offered to adults. I specialize in treating women. Focus of Treatment; Life Transitions, Relationship Dissatisfaction, Infidelity, Betrayal, Divorce, Grief, Loss, Stress, Codependency, Family Conflict, Starting Over, Reinventing Self, Empty Nest, Men's Issues, Anxiety.

About Me

I provide a dedicated space for adults navigating significant life changes and relationship challenges. Specialising in supporting women, I help you explore feelings around transitions, dissatisfaction, infidelity, and grief. We can also address family conflict, stress, and anxiety. For men, I offer support with similar issues. Both in-office and online sessions are available, offering flexibility as you find new ways forward.

Approach

Whether we meet in person or online, I create a steady, focused space where feelings and decisions can be explored and clarified. In my Menlo Park office or on secure video I move at your pace, mixing reflective listening with practical steps and occasional between-session check-ins to support momentum. We look for recurring patterns in relationships and transitions, address grief, rebuild boundaries, and practice small experiments that reduce anxiety and dependence. This way of working often helps adults—particularly women—ready to make intentional change.
