I am an American psychologist currently practicing in Frankfurt am Main. My professional approach is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy and neuropsychology. Psychological evaluations, including Social Security Administration disability evaluations, are also available.

Living abroad can quietly strain even stable relationships and a solid sense of self. Many expats feel emotionally overwhelmed, isolated, or unsure about important life decisions — especially when friends and family are out of reach. I offer psychological counselling for expats, digital nomads and emigrants who are experiencing relationship difficulties, identity crises or emotional distress related to life abroad. My work provides a structured, confidential space to reflect, regain clarity and develop more supportive ways of dealing with current challenges.
