About Me

Born and raised in Munich, Germany, I spent several years in the US and UK before returning to Germany in 2020. I take a holistic and personalized approach, recognizing that therapy is not just about addressing a single concern. By fostering open communication, I help you recognize your body’s signals, which you may feel as an emotional imbalances or stress, and equip you with tailored interventions to respond appropriately and sustainably.

Approach

My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic and solution-focused techniques, as well as systemic therapy. This allows me to create a flexible, personalized process that meets your individual needs and goals. Furthermore, I recognize the link between mental and physical health. To support my holistic approach, I have completed specialized training in gut health and am currently finalizing my qualification as a nutritionist.
