Sophia Baum
Psychotherapist
“We all struggle sometimes. Whatever it is - I'll listen. Let's find a way through together. I am a licensed psychotherapist and clinical psychologist from Germany, working in my private practice in Denmark or online.”
About Me
Approach
I offer you a safe, confidential space to work on even the most difficult issues and to gain new, healing experiences and insights about yourself, your feelings and your life story. Using behavioural therapy, but also experiential and emotion-oriented techniques, I will support you in finding a better way of dealing with your mental illness and ultimately finding your way to a new, healthy self. I will always try to organise the treatment in a way that best suits you and your therapy goals.
I know that it is very important to find the right therapist, where you feel at ease, accepted and met at eye-level without judgement - in other words, where there is "the right chemistry". Feel free to contact me and start your therapy process with the first three exploratory sessions at the reduced price of 900 DKK pr. session. I am here to listen to you.
