Sonia Kotecha , MSc

Psychologist

I offer in person individual therapy to adults. My approach is tailored to the client’s unique needs, primarily drawing from therapies that have foundations in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).

About Me

I am a U.K. trained practicing psychologist in Nairobi, Kenya. I have an MSc in Mental Health Studies from King’s College London and clinical experience in the NHS. I also worked locally at Chiromo Hospital Group.

Approach

I provide a safe, non-judgmental and contained space for clients to reflect on their difficulties. I work collaboratively with clients to come up with goals for therapy as I introduce therapeutic tools and techniques that might be useful.
