Solasta

At Solasta (Gaelic; adj - luminous, shining), we recognize that an individual's mental health is a fusion of their mind, body, and spirit, interconnected elements that shape our overall wellness. We aspire to be your guide on the journey toward the vibrant radiance that is rightfully yours.

About Us

We are a Halifax, Nova Scotia mental health organization. We offer counseling, clinical supervision, online therapy, and free consultations. We work with you to set clear goals and practical steps for change.

Approach

We hold a steady, practical focus on how change unfolds: sessions are paced to match your readiness, blending careful listening with clear steps you can try between meetings. In Halifax or online in English, we create a calm space where attention shifts from what feels stuck toward small, sustainable experiments and reflections that build confidence. Meetings are collaborative and attentive to rhythms—breathing room for emotion, structure for skill-building—so people who want steady, real-world progress tend to find this approach helpful.
