About Me

I am a Counseling Psychologist based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. I help you manage anger, anxiety, stress and burnout, family conflicts, and LGBTQI+ concerns through relationship counseling and advocacy.

Approach

I take an eclectic approach, with an inclination towards Narrative therapy, that is tailored to the needs of each client. I follow a collaborative framework and engage in dialogues with my clients with humility and curiosity.

Clients' lived experiences is valued and given great importance. I acknowledge the impact of psycho-social factors on one's mental health. I am Queer-Affirmative and take an Intersectional lens.
