verified by TherapyRoute

I am a clinical psychologist providing professional, compassionate, and evidence-based services both online and in-person in Waterval Estate, Northcliff. I work with children aged 7 and above, adolescents, adults, and couples, supporting clients through a variety of emotional, behavioural, and mental health challenges. My work is informed by psychodynamic thinking and trauma-informed principles, helping clients develop understanding, coping strategies, and personal growth at their own pace.

About Me

I am a clinical psychologist in private practice with experience in medical, psychiatric, and forensic settings. I offer psychotherapy and neuropsychological assessment for children, adolescents, adults, and couples. My work is grounded in psychodynamic thinking and provides a collaborative space to explore emotions, experiences, and the patterns that influence how we relate to ourselves and others. I have particular interests in trauma, maternal mental health, anxiety, depression, and relational difficulties.

Approach

I work from a psychodynamically informed, relational approach, supporting clients to explore their emotions, relationships, and life experiences with curiosity, care, and respect. Therapy is paced collaboratively, with attention to safety, meaning, and personal growth. I aim to help clients understand patterns in their lives, develop coping strategies, and foster insight and resilience.
