Miss Sinead Kennedy

Psychotherapist

Hi I’m Sinead. I work with adults and teens and specialise in: anxiety, trauma and neurodiversity. I help client manage their anxiety and develop coping skills so that they can live with more clarity and confidence. Contact me to discuss booking an appointment.

About Me

If you're an adult or teen navigating anxiety, trauma, or neurodiversity, I offer a grounded space. My integrative approach helps you cultivate practical coping skills. We work together to understand your challenges, fostering clarity and confidence in daily life. You'll gain tangible tools from our sessions, feeling more prepared to manage difficulties and move forward.

Approach

You’ll find sessions that balance hands-on strategies with space to slowly make sense of difficult experiences. I work with people in Dublin and online, keeping a steady pace, clear check-ins and brief practical tasks between sessions so momentum continues. We try small, manageable steps—breathing and grounding, short behavioural experiments, focused reflection and psychoeducation—to help reduce overwhelm and increase predictability. This approach tends to suit teens and adults looking for steady, practical support to manage day-to-day challenges.
