Simon Kasprowicz

Counselor

Fully qualified Counsellor and registered member of the BACP. Here to help you to get more from life.

About Me

I offer a supportive space where we can explore what 'more from life' means for you. Perhaps you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or simply seek deeper understanding. Together, we can gently unpack challenges, gain new perspectives, and identify practical steps forward. Sessions are tailored to your pace, building on your strengths to help you navigate life's complexities with greater clarity and purpose.

Approach

Finding what "more" means for you shapes how we work together. In London or online, in English, sessions move at your pace — we use reflective conversation, gentle mindfulness and attention to life stories so difficult feelings become clearer. Between meetings I may suggest short practices to notice moods or try small experiments in relationships, always linked to what you most want to change. This way of working often helps people facing anxiety, loss or low self-worth who want practical, thoughtful support.
