Mr Simon Bartz

Counselor

Guys, are you sick and tired of waking up sick and tired? Sometimes there’s so much going on in our head, it feels impossible to know where to begin. I draw from lived experience, focusing my empathic and non-judgmental counselling toward men’s mental health, counselling for addictions and grief & loss.

About Me

I understand that for many men, feeling overwhelmed and exhausted can make it hard to know where to start. I help men navigate complex feelings around mental health, addictions, and grief. Drawing on lived experience, I offer a non-judgemental space to explore what’s truly going on. Together, we can make sense of your experiences and find concrete ways forward, helping you feel less ‘sick and tired’.

Approach

When mornings feel heavy and you can't find the first step, I help you break things down into clear, manageable moves so the fog lifts a little each week. In warm sessions in Adelaide or online in English, we use short practices, committed actions and mindful checking‑in between meetings so progress isn't left to chance. Expect a steady, practical pace — sometimes direct, sometimes quiet — that balances acceptance with small behavioural experiments. This way of working suits men ready to try simple, honest change.
