About Me

I provide a warm, supportive space to address the lasting impact of childhood trauma and attachment challenges. Many adults find these issues show as anxiety, depression, PTSD, or relational difficulties. For children and adolescents, this often presents as behavioural, emotional, or learning disorders. Drawing on psychodynamic and CBT expertise, I help you understand these roots and develop practical ways forward. My goal is to help you connect past experiences with present struggles, building lasting well-being.

Approach

Therapy often unfolds as a steady, exploratory process that traces how early relationships shaped current mood, focus and behaviour. Sessions in Germiston or online are conducted in English or any of my home languages—Sesotho, isiZulu, isiXhosa, siSwati, Sesotho sa Leboa—so you can speak in the words that feel most honest. We move between gentle reflection, structured CBT exercises and developmental assessment where helpful, with targeted tasks between meetings to practise new patterns. This approach tends to suit adults, young people and families wanting clearer links and practical change.
