Miss Shweta Maheshwari

Psychotherapist

I am an experienced psychotherapist who provides a safe, compassionate space for individuals experiencing emotional distress.

About Me

I offer a truly safe and compassionate space where we can gently explore your emotional distress. It can be difficult to navigate overwhelming feelings alone. Together, we will make sense of what you're experiencing. We can develop new perspectives and practical ways to cope. My aim is for you to feel heard and understood, finding clarity and strength. This approach is ideal for anyone seeking a supportive environment to process their inner world.

Approach

When feelings become hard to carry, I help you map what matters and move at a pace that feels manageable. In sessions in Delhi or online, in English or Hindi/Urdu, we use gentle talking, visual and creative ways to access difficult memories, and short grounding practices so distress is tolerable in the moment. Between meetings I may offer simple experiments or arts-based reflections to try out new responses and build steady coping. This way of working suits people seeking clear, compassionate collaboration through trauma, loss or life transitions.
