Mrs Shumi Beauty Kali

Counselor

Counselling is another way for me to show compassion, empathy, support and care for others. People feel alone, left out, unheard, irrelevant, tired, worthless, unconnected, unwelcomed, sad, anxious and fearful. I offer one-on-one in a confidential and non-judgmental environment with care and support. R410 & R480 Rates

About Me

I offer a confidential, one-on-one space where you can feel truly heard and understood. It’s a place for those feeling alone, anxious, or unheard to explore their experiences without judgment. Together, we can gently unpack the feelings leaving you tired or unwelcomed. My compassionate approach provides the care and support you need. Here, you can reconnect with yourself and find a way forward.

Approach

When we begin, we gently turn your experience into manageable steps, exploring what drains you and what restores you. Sessions in Roodepoort or online, in English, Sesotho, isiXhosa or isiZulu, move at a pace you set—steady, respectful and practical. We use conversation, reflective questions and simple strategies to address grief, anger, stress or relationship strain, and I may suggest small practices between meetings to build resilience. This approach often helps adolescents, adults and families who want patient, compassionate support to feel connected again.
