About Me

I am a Psychologist in private practice, with over five years of experience working with adolescents and young adults. I hold a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, and am a graduate of Indraprastha College for Women, Delhi University. I have completed specialised training in Narrative Therapy with The Dulwich Centre, Australia. My therapeutic work is Trauma-Informed and Queer-Affirmative, and is rooted in a client-centred, collaborative approach. I aim to create therapeutic spaces grounded in trust and respect, where individuals feel supported in exploring their experiences and reshaping the stories they hold about themselves. I hold a socio-cultural lens in my work that recognises how personal distress is shaped by cultural and systemic contexts. In my practice, I work with concerns such as low mood, anxiety, stress, identity-related challenges, and neurodivergent experiences. Alongside individual therapy, I also offer parenting support, particularly in contexts involving emotional regulation and understanding neurodivergent needs. I hold a sustained interest in community mental health and in working with diverse identities and lived experiences. I am deeply committed to ethical and socially responsive practice.
