Psychologist

Mrs Shirin Steev is a qualified and experienced clinician that has worked in variety of settings. Caring towards better mental health.

About Me

I am a registered psychologist in Austral, New South Wales, Australia. I help you address abuse, addiction, anger, anxiety and ADHD. I provide diagnostic assessments, mindfulness, psychoanalysis, online therapy and adoption support.

Approach

Caring guides how I work: sessions are calm, practical and focused on making steady, usable change. Based in Sydney with in-person and online options, I can meet in English, Hindi/Urdu, Malayalam or Tamil so people can bring their full selves. In-session we set small, clear steps, check progress regularly and use brief between-session reflections or tasks to keep momentum without overload. This approach suits people who want thoughtful, steady support that fits everyday life.
