About Me

I am a Relational Trauma therapist with focus on Stress, Anxiety, Grief and Trauma and I am based out of Thane West, Thane, Mumbai, Maharashtra. I am a queer affirmative, trauma informed therapist providing therapy with an attachment based approach. I have my own clinic space and hence offer in person as well as online sessions.

Approach

I take an eclectic, integrative approach that is queer affirmative, trauma informed and is based on Attachment theory with an inclination towards Client Centred and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, that is tailored to the needs of each client. I greatly value the lived experiences of my clients and I acknowledge the impact of psycho-social factors (including intersectional) on their mental health.

I provide online counselling for clients above 17 years of age. Timings are between 9 am - 1pm and 6pm - 10 pm IST. One session is for 50 mins. Please Note: Sessions are given on prior booking basis. For any urgent intervention or in case of an emergency, kindly reach out to crisis helplines.
