About Me

I offer a collaborative space to gently explore the patterns shaping your life. Together, we will uncover what truly lies beneath your current challenges. We'll develop practical coping strategies, tailored to your unique needs. My aim is to help you build lasting resilience, empowering you with tools to thrive. This approach suits those ready to understand themselves and actively work towards positive change.

Approach

We move from exploration into practical steps through steady, focused sessions that balance attentive listening with small experiments to try between meetings. Based in Karachi, I offer in-person and online appointments in English and Hindi/Urdu, adjusting pace for individuals, families and organisations. For relationship strains, grief, anxiety or burnout I use reflective dialogue, behavioural tasks and brief coaching moments to shift patterns and strengthen day-to-day coping. This way of working suits people ready to understand themselves and apply new, manageable ways of relating.
