Sherri is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor based out of Florida. I help you manage anxiety, mood disorders, life transitions, and grief through counseling. I am EMDR trained and offer individual therapy via a HIPAA compliant secure tele-health platform.

Sherri believes there is no one way of providing therapy to individuals. She utilizes an Eclectic and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach, a person-centered psychotherapy treatment that transforms patterns of problematic thinking and behaviors, thus changing the way you feel in conjunction with other individualized treatment modalities to relieve emotional stress.
