About Me

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor in Punta Gorda, Florida. I help you manage anxiety, mood disorders, life transitions, and grief through counseling. I am EMDR trained and offer individual therapy via tele-health.

Approach

Sherri believes there is no one way of providing therapy to individuals. She utilizes an Eclectic and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach, a goal-oriented psychotherapy treatment that transforms patterns of problematic thinking and behaviors, thus changing the way you feel in conjunction with other individualized treatment modalities to relieve emotional stress.
