About Us
I am the owner of a mental health counseling organization (Shedding Light Counseling) based in Brooksville, Florida. I offer a free initial consultation if you are unsure of your next steps.
Additionally I provide coaching, conflict management, and mindfulness sessions using Cognitive Behavior Therapy. I am pro-integrative approaches to support mental health concerns with medical intervention reserved for a last resort.

Utilizing Cognitive Behavior Therapy, I help individuals to explore both the nature of their problem as well as how their life experiences play a role in how one can or struggle to navigate both past and present day experiences. Through psychoeducation I assist individuals to gain insight that may have a more powerful affect on managing conflict (either internal or external). Knowledge IS power! Through empathetic listening, insightful evaluation, and psychoeducation I empower those individuals in my service.
