About Me

I offer a warm, flexible space for adults over 16. As an integrative therapist, I help you explore life changes, career paths, or holistic well-being. Sessions like a 'Coffee and Chat' provide a relaxed way to voice feelings. My aim is to help you gain clarity and find a path forward that truly resonates.

Approach

You’ll find sessions paced to your rhythm, whether a relaxed in-person chat, a stroll while we talk, or an online meeting from Lagos or Portugal conducted in English. I work collaboratively, helping you map patterns, set small achievable steps and test ideas between sessions so progress feels tangible. I pay close attention to safety, mood shifts and practical choices, especially around relationships, career crossroads and life transitions. This way of working tends to suit people who want steady, grounded change they can use day to day.
