Licensed Clinical Social Workers

Reflective Counseling Services, PLLC was started to provide the listening ear to older adults, pregnant mothers, and caregivers.

About Me

At Reflective Counseling Services, PLLC, I offer a dedicated listening ear. I support older adults, pregnant mothers, and caregivers, understanding the unique challenges they face. My aim is to provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can openly share your experiences. This service offers genuine support to navigate transitions, find clarity, and feel truly heard.

Approach

Reflective Counseling Services began with a promise to listen deeply, and that promise guides each session — steady, focused, and paced to your needs. In my Creedmoor office or online, in English, we move at a tempo that respects memory, energy, and sleepless nights, using short, practical steps, gentle skill-building, and clear written summaries so nothing important is lost between meetings. Expect collaborative goal-setting, brief at-home practices, and regular check-ins. This way of working often helps adults and elders facing transitions, pregnancy changes, or caregiving strain.
