Mr Sello Manzini

Counseling Psychologist

I am a Counselling Psychologist providing therapy to adults, adolescents and teenagers, and couples. I employ holistic approaches, which include techniques mainly from Humanistic I.e., PCT, CBT, Systems etc. that are most suited to the needs of the clients.

About Me

As a Counseling Psychologist, I offer a supportive space for adults, adolescents, and couples. I adapt my approach, drawing from humanistic principles and various techniques like CBT, Systems. This ensures our sessions truly suit your individual needs. We work together to explore concerns and find clear ways forward. My aim is for you to feel heard and understood, fostering a collaborative journey towards well-being.

Approach

Instead of one-size-fits-all therapy, I tailor each session to how you’re showing up that day, moving between focused problem-solving and deeper reflection. Practicing in Centurion I aim at keeping sessions paced and practical so we build skills between meetings. I blend humanistic ideas with CBT and systems thinking, using gentle exploration, clear tools and real-world tasks to address anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties and stress. People seeking collaborative, skills-focused support often find this way of working helpful.
