About Me

I am a Stress Specialist Practitioner with psychotherapy training. I base my practice in Sydenham, Gauteng, South Africa. I help people manage anxiety, stress, burnout and PTSD through online therapy, coaching and psychotherapy.

Approach

Our approach is to assess, develop and implement a fit for purpose, unique intervention for individuals, organizations and healthcare professionals based on the New Science of Stress principles researched and developed in our Stress Less Clinic Stress & Resilience Research & Development Lab. We also regularly evaluate the interventions and enhance accordingly.
