Savina Ioannou

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO- Qualifying), Art Therapist and Artist. I support individuals to discover resources of inner strength, manage stress, problem-solve, improve their self-esteem, enhance interpersonal relationships as well as develop insights and self-awareness through the art-making process.

About Me

I offer a creative space where you can explore life's challenges. As an art therapist, I guide you to discover inner strength and new perspectives. The art-making process provides a gentle way to manage stress and improve self-esteem. We can work together to problem-solve, enhance relationships, and build insights and self-awareness.

Approach

I guide sessions with a gentle studio rhythm that balances making and talking so you can explore feelings, try new coping strategies, and experiment with perspective. Based in Nicosia, I meet in English or Greek and offer online appointments for flexible access. Sessions move at your pace, combining hands-on materials, reflective conversation, and brief between-session prompts to build skills and track progress across life transitions, anxiety, grief, chronic illness, attention differences and mood challenges. This way of working often fits people seeking practical, creative change.
