I guide sessions with a gentle studio rhythm that balances making and talking so you can explore feelings, try new coping strategies, and experiment with perspective. Based in Nicosia, I meet in English or Greek and offer online appointments for flexible access. Sessions move at your pace, combining hands-on materials, reflective conversation, and brief between-session prompts to build skills and track progress across life transitions, anxiety, grief, chronic illness, attention differences and mood challenges.
