Mrs Satwant Rayit

Psychotherapist

In private practice, client led holistic approach offering both long term and short term therapy.

About Me

I offer a collaborative space to explore your unique journey. My integrative, client-led approach truly tailors each session to your needs. We can work together for brief support or deeper, longer-term exploration. We consider all aspects of your life, helping you find a path that feels right. This holistic, flexible style is a good match for those ready to navigate challenges. It supports you in exploring your whole self at your own pace.

Approach

Working from private practice, I shape a collaborative, flexible rhythm that supports both short-term relief and deeper, longer-term exploration. In sessions — in Slough, online or in languages including English, Hindi/Urdu and Punjabi — we move at a pace you can manage, balancing focused practical strategies with space to process trauma, anxiety, addiction or relationship patterns. Between meetings I suggest gentle reflections or grounding practices you can try, then we review what helps. This way of working tends to suit adults, couples and families seeking thoughtful, culturally aware support.
