About Me

I am passionate about supporting the emotional well-being of children, young people, adults, and families. Navigating mental health issues or life transitions can feel challenging, and I understand this. My approach is always tailored to your unique needs and goals. We will build on your strengths together in a safe, responsive space. Here, all parts of you are welcome. This collaborative work helps you find practical ways forward, honouring your unique journey.

Approach

I pace sessions to balance curiosity with gentle challenge, inviting creative expression alongside conversation so emotional shifts feel manageable and grounded. In Toronto and online, sessions are collaborative and predictable—short check-ins, focused skill practice, and sometimes art-based reflection between meetings to track change. I use clear tools from evidence-informed approaches while staying responsive to how you show up that day, shifting tempo or technique as needed. This way of working often suits people navigating transitions, grief, ADHD, trauma or parenting stresses.
