Ms Sarah Sheehan

Counselor

An experienced counsellor working with bereavement, loss and anxiety who will provide a welcoming and supportive space for you.

About Me

Navigating bereavement, loss, or anxiety can feel incredibly heavy. I offer a truly welcoming and supportive space where you can gently explore these challenging emotions. Here, you can speak openly without judgement, moving entirely at your own pace. My aim is for you to feel deeply heard and understood. Together, we can find new comfort and ways to cope with life's complexities.

Approach

When loss or anxiety feels overwhelming, I help you map what matters most and set small, manageable steps to regain steadiness. Sessions in Brighton or online, in English, are relaxed and paced to your rhythm; we use gentle assessment, reflective tasks and practical tools to make sense of emotions and reduce panic when it arises. Between meetings I may offer short exercises or reading to support insights. This way of working often suits adults seeking clear, compassionate structure while processing grief or life changes.
