About Me
I guide adults to understand and express their inner world through movement and creative arts. Many find this approach ideal when words feel insufficient. My deep expertise in dance movement therapy and psychology helps clients explore the powerful link between creativity, health, and body consciousness. We can work together to navigate challenges and foster a deeper sense of well-being.
Approach
My practice lets embodied creativity inform each session's pace and focus. In Bilbao and online, in Spanish or English, sessions move between movement, image-making and reflection at a steady, exploratory rhythm that honours bodily signals. I guide gentle experiments with movement and art, tracking sensations, patterns and narratives while using psychological frameworks to help make sense of experience. Those facing grief, body-image struggles, anxiety or life transitions often find this somatic, creative pathway clarifying and stabilising.
