Ms Sarah Cohen-Schwarz

Registered Counselor

I am a Registered Counsellor working with adolescents and adults. I offer face to face and online sessions.

About Me

As a Registered Counsellor, I guide adolescents, and adults through life's changes and challenges. I offer a welcoming space where you can openly explore your thoughts and feelings. Whether you're an adolescent finding your way, or an adult seeking clarity, I am here to help. We can connect comfortably, either online or in person, to find a path forward together.

Approach

My approach focuses on a deep exploration of my clients' experiences and the meanings of those experiences. In this way clients come to understand themselves in their worlds, and this is fundamental to well-being. It is important to me to make a safe place for the fullness of my clients' humanity - their anxiety, laughter, despondency, happiness ... (human beings are vast and the list is long!). Respect is fundamental to this process and I invite kind curiosity about oneself into the session
