Psychotherapist

An accessible, affirmative and collaborative safe space for holistic and scientific therapy. I work with adolescents and young adults. I can best help you with overwhelming thoughts and emotions, difficulty in coping, interpersonal issues and search for personal growth as we navigate through your life's challenges.

About Me

I support adolescents and young adults navigating life's challenges, offering a collaborative and affirmative space. When you face overwhelming thoughts, difficult emotions, or interpersonal issues, we can explore these together. We'll blend scientific insight with a holistic view, finding practical strategies for coping and personal growth. This grounded, accessible space is where you can make sense of your experiences.

Approach

Sessions move at a pace you set, pairing clear, research-informed strategies with reflective moments so you can make sense of strong feelings. I offer face-to-face work in Kolkata and online in English and Hindi/Urdu, keeping sessions practical and culturally grounded. We track patterns—thoughts, behaviours and relationships—try small experiments between meetings, and build skills for managing anxiety, attention differences, grief or interpersonal strain. This steady, collaborative way tends to suit adolescents and young adults seeking manageable progress through life’s transitions.
