Ms Sanjula Gupta

Counseling Psychologist

I am a trauma-informed therapist who works from a relational and insight-oriented lens. I seek to co-create a collaborative, exploratory and non-judgemental space with my clients. My work is rooted in person-centred, narrative and psychodynamic thought.

About Me

I help clients navigate the lasting impact of trauma. Together, we co-create a truly collaborative and non-judgemental space where you can safely explore your experiences. My relational approach, drawing on person-centred, narrative, and psychodynamic ideas, aims to foster deep insight. This is a good match if you seek to understand past influences and build new ways forward.

Approach

We explore how past experiences shape your patterns, then gently experiment with alternative responses so insight becomes usable in daily life. In sessions I listen closely to the felt experience and stories you bring, mixing reflective dialogue with practical, paced steps you can try between meetings; I offer space in English or Hindi/Urdu and see clients in New Delhi or online. The work is slow, curious and relational, helping you notice small changes that add up over time — a good fit if you want thoughtful, steady progress.
