About Me

I am an EAP-accredited Gestalt psychotherapist and licensed psychologist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals in their personal and professional development. I help clients develop new perspectives and practical skills to navigate life’s challenges more effectively. Drawing on my background as an educator, I also design programs that support growth and advancement. My work focuses on fostering self-awareness and equipping clients with strategies for a more balanced and fulfilling life.

Approach

I focus sessions on clear, embodied work that links awareness to action. Sessions move between focused conversation, experiential exercises and practical strategies to try between meetings. I ask for regular feedback so the process stays relevant.
