About Me

I offer a warm, devoted space where you can share openly. My experience means I approach every conversation with integrity, fostering trust and genuine connection. True progress begins when you feel completely safe to explore your thoughts and feelings. Here, you'll find an environment free from judgment, helping you navigate complex emotions and discover your own path.

Approach

Sessions move with calm intention: I listen closely, ask clarifying questions, and gently map patterns so you can see what's driving feelings and choices. In my Bloemfontein office I work in Afrikaans or English, meeting all ages and families face-to-face, balancing structured assessment with space for emotion. We set small, practical steps between meetings—skills for anger or anxiety, safe ways to revisit loss, or clear routines after a crisis—while checking in on how changes feel. This approach suits people seeking honest, steady support and real, sustainable shifts.
