About Me

It definitely takes courage to reach out but it feels easier to say what and how you feel to someone you don’t know. What I can be for you is that someone who truly listens, in a safe space where you feel heard and understood. So you don’t have to face life's challenges alone or worry about being judged. I've held that supportive space open for over two decades of experience for people from all cultures, ethnicities, races, and sexual orientation.

Approach

In getting to solutions and taking practical steps for change, we talk about how the issues or problems developed and the impact on your feelings and behavior with people or situations in your life. We discuss what changes make sense and how to test them out using specific behavioral tools I've collected over my 20 plus years in practice. This allows us to work on those issues/problems with steady, practical progress.
