It definitely takes courage to reach out but it feels easier to say what and how you feel to someone you don’t know. What I can be for you is that someone who truly listens, in a safe space where you feel heard and understood.
So you don’t have to face life's challenges alone or worry about being judged.
I've held that supportive space open for over two decades of experience for people from all cultures, ethnicities, races, and sexual orientation.

We discuss what changes make sense and how to test them out using specific behavioral tools I've collected over my 20 plus years in practice.
