About Me

I am a professionally registered counsellor and therapist in private practice, working online internationally and in person in Pringle Bay in the Overstrand, near Cape Town. I studied medicine (MBChB) before moving into counselling. My approach is person-centred, focusing on empathy, authenticity, and unconditional acceptance. I provide a warm and accepting space where you can explore your experiences and find your way forward. I support clients experiencing a wide range of challenges, from everyday struggles and difficulties to more serious conditions.

Approach

I take a person-centred approach to counselling and therapy, creating a warm and accepting space where you can find clarity, direction, and relief. My focus is less on diagnosing or giving advice and more on listening and building a genuine, empathetic, and non-judgemental therapeutic relationship. When advice is appropriate, I offer it thoughtfully and tentatively, while supporting you in finding your own way forward.
